We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If your item isn’t quite what you expected, just contact us and we’ll help you return it at no cost to you.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in its original condition
• Must be returned with original packaging (if applicable)
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery confirmation

Note: Customized or print-on-demand items may be subject to special handling. Contact us with your order details and we’ll do our best to assist.

Email us at returns@cryptonomica.shop with:

• Your order number
• Item(s) you’d like to return
• Reason for the return (just to help us improve)

We’ll email you a prepaid return label and instructions.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your item was defective or misprinted, we'll replace it or refund it immediately—no ritual required.
